Due to health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Flue Systems (3 Inch Flue, 4 inch Flue, 5 inch Flue, 5 inch Twin Wall, 6 inch Twin Wall)
- Complete Twin Wall Kits
- Chimney Cowls
- Bottom Connections
- Any product that has been installed, used, or shows signs of installation attempts
These restrictions are in place because these products become specific to your installation and cannot be resold for safety reasons.
Step-by-Step Return Process
